Is my personal data and transaction secure?

We take your data security seriously. ENAAF uses SSL encryption to secure data between you and our servers. SSL encryption is the same type and level of encryption used by banks and payment services to provide absolute security to transacted information.

All personal information that you share with Enaaf.com are confidential. Your information will not be transferred to any third party. Your billing/shipping address is only used to send the items you order for.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order has been placed. In the case of an out of stock or cancelled order (usually within 24 to 48 hours of order placement), the full amount will be refunded.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?

You should first receive an email confirming your order has been placed and quoting your order information and Order ID. When purchasing more than one item, you will receive an email for all items combined and one Order ID against the order.

Then you will receive a new email when your order is confirmed.

You can always track your order in the Track Order tab or log in to “My Account” to view the order details. Once the order has been shipped, you will get the tracking number in the order details, you can find the shipment status from the carrier’s website.

Can I expect any other costs?

We bill Canada destined orders in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You will not incur any other charges from us. However, you will be charged a flat fee CAD 10.00 for order amount below CAD 100.00.

 What taxes could I expect to be charged?

When placing an order online, you will be charged taxes based on the location where the order is delivered.

For example – If an order is being placed in Nova Scotia, but you are having the product shipped to your home in Ontario, then you would be charged Ontario taxes on the product.

How do I determine my shoe size?

You can check your existing shoes to find the appropriate show size. However, shoe size can differ based on material used. In our case, most of the footwear products are made of genuine leather which generally expands up to half size with time to fit perfectly with your feet.

To find out your shoe size, follow the instructions below to measure your foot, and then use the charts given with each product to find the appropriate size conversions.

  1. Get a ruler, pen, and piece of paper.
  2. Place the piece of paper flat on the ground and stand on it. Make sure your foot is flat.
  3. Make a mark behind your heel and another in front of your longest toe. If one of your feet is larger than the other, use the longer foot to measure your size.
  4. Measure the distance between the two lines in inches or centimeters.
  5. Google your measurement to determine your correct size. If your measurement falls in between two sizes, round up.

What are our return policies?

Return and exchanges are free, one time, within 30 days of purchase. To start the process, just send us the info mentioning your Order ID, the item(s) and your reason for returning. We will send you return postage in a reply email with all the instructions for return/exchange. Once we receive your return, we will process your request within shortest possible time.

What is Our's customer care hours of operation?

Our business is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. However, our online customer care is open from Monday to Friday from 9am – 7pm EST, Saturday 9am – 6pm EST and Sunday 10am – 6pm EST.
